superstar locking up year 10?

I have played a lot. I cant seem to get the game to go past 1st round of playoffs in 10th season of a created superstar. I have started the same game 5 times and it locked up in either 1st or 2nd quarter. Has this been a problem? Does the game not continue after the new year on the 10th season? All other modes are working great!

Looking for a little help
