WR Superstar- ALWAYS bullet passes...
Hello,
Does anybody know why in my WR superstar mode, every quarterback i play for will only throw these annoying, low bullet passes? it would be nice to get a lob sometimes, or something in between, not ALWAYS this bullet that dosen't get to my reciever even when he has his man beat. Garrard is my qb now, I even tried creating a maxed out qb, no luck. I also tried raising qb AI. any help would be greatly appreciated.

When I used to play TE for the Seahawks, I never had the problem. The problem was more so finding me when I was open.
Can you just straight up not catch these passes?

Your qb may have a bad throwing arm. It depends how open you are. If your wide open, the qb should throw an easy pass, but if your covered you'll get a tight bullet

Well, I do catch the passes when they make it to me, its just that he throws these rediculous INT's when all he has to do is lob it over the DB when i'm 5 or 10 yards ahead of him. I guess it could be that he still thinks he has to thread it in there tight though. I'll try it out some more, maybe i'll finally get my first lob pass. Thank Ya'll.

you'll find the AI for superstar is actually quite bad and has been for who knows how long...playing as a qb I threw 72 TD's in one season on all-pro...playing as a RB I see the qb cannot get a screen down...if you look around you will see there needs to be vast improvement in the AI

Lmao, so thats why I got a donation of 6 points? Thanks, but that's not how it works lol. I was just trying to help you out, and didnt really succeed because I never had the problem myself.
One thing I would say, if you raise your arm, the QB definately comes your way more, and it seems often a floated pass (when sometimes a bullet would be more apt). Though I dont often play SS, so I cant really offer anything else. It could also be to do with your positioning in relation to defenders, you might not be as open as you think you are..Just a thought...
