madden 2006 PLEASE HELP

I'm writing this in the hope that somebody here can answer this question. I've tried and tried to figure it out, I've read the manual, I've checked on other boards and NOBODY seems to even want to attempt to answer the question. So, if what I want can't be done, please let me know so I can stop trying.

I just got an xbox 360, but couldn't afford to buy Madden 08. Instead, I got a used copy of 06 (along with some original xbox titles) Anyway, I have 06 for the 360 and I understand that, according to what I've read and seen for myself, several features from other versions of 06 were removed from the 360 version.

What I'm trying to do is find the setting that will allow me to call the plays, but not actually controll the on screen players. Sort of like a "coach mode". is this possible in 06? If there is no actual setting for this, can it be done in another way, with adjustments to the gameplay settings?

If this is also impossible, cany you tell me if another, later version of Madden has this feature.

There is no coaching mode in Madden 06 for the 360.

i dont remember a coaching mode ever being in Madden, Head Coach yes...Madden i dont think so

There was a coaches mode in the old generations of madden.
