league stats/user quarter time

how about more acurate stats. 4 xample if playing 6min quaters then have the rest of the league generate stats from playing the same 6min quarters instead of how it is now , generating stats from 15 min quaters.

Just change the sim quarter time

I didnt know you could do that? Their stats dont really seem too disproportionate, except they have more people with a high amount of tackles (its usually just me on my team with 110+)...

Where is that option? I might have already activated it tho, not sure.

And if you are playing 6 min quarters, chances are, you are padding your stats too much...I personally play on 4.

Hmm we play on 10-11... Accelerated clock, but before ACC Clock we used to go with 7.

Because that seemed about right for stats... Maybe we just suck.

I have always used seven minute quarters and my offensive stats are similar.

My defensive stats as far as tackles and such are usually off though because of the shorter quarters and that bugs me but for the offensive side of the ball it makes it more realistic.

I think gang tackling in 08 will help with the defensive stats. They should break down the stats to solo and assisted tackles.

I play on 11 minute quarters , accelerated clock on.

I get a bit too many sacks is the only thing I would say. Keith Brooking and Bradie James make a dominant DT pair.

I play on standard 5 minute and I have trouble getting players into Pro-Bowl and Yearly Awards.....there isn't enough time to get anything done. I was considering going to 7 minute quarters now.

Btw, how do you do accelerated clock on 360 (if you can)

I highly doubt you suck. Tho in fairness, I choose a play and I snap it...I dont run down the clock or anything, I just keep going...Cos I like to build stats for guys...And want to lead the league in votes etc...Esp for my defensive guy...So to do that, gotta be quick with 4 min quarters...

If I played the same way with 7 min quarters, my stats would be so unrealistic...They already are a lil OTT actually in some areas. Tho pretty much just sacks actually.

Well offensively, its fine...defensively I can't get enough sacks, tackles, FF's, blocked passes. INT's are fine but nothing else on defense.

To get the Tackles, you pretty much have to be one guy. That way you easily get them...Cos you are better than the comp is.

Blocked Passes? Or do you mean deflections? Because you have to do that yourself to get them.

FFs...I dont get many of. Normally fluke, or a sack. You have to strip to really get them often, but that gets broken so many times...Or you get called for a facemask..

I use 7 minute quarters and my offensive stats are just fine. I also play on the All-Pro level and do enjoy a good game from the computer. I love blowouts if I am playing my buddies lol but I like good games from the CPU. I may give the accelerated clock a try though to see what it is like.
