>personally I hate the fact that you can't do the training camp if your roster isn't complete, especially if you don't have enough cap money to get a free agent
>I also think think that the game makers should cut down the injuries during the pre-season(nothing sucks more than having to hire a free agent during the season because your 3 half backs got injured during the pre-season, especially if there is only like 1 more week that you have until your starter heals.)
>I think that the game needs more exitement, like when you get a TD there should be more of a cheer from the crowd and more rituals from the players.
>one thing that I think is kind of stupid is that the game doesn't adjust to what they're doing wrong, like if you run the same run play every time you get a first down I think the game should realize that. Or if you run engage eight from the nickel like every play and you get like 20 sacks a game.

Well, you have too fill your roster sooner or later whats the difference?

There is an injury slider that you can turn down during pre-season or.. you could turn injuries off all together if you wanted to during PS

I agree

If you can do that then you need to play on a harder setting.. if you are playing on All-Madden then you need to turn up the CPU's sliders.. (or turn yours down)

Ok, good. In my opinion, you're an idiot. Good thing I can't be wrong!

I agree with all of Cash's comments. The last point you made, if you do run the same play, the computer gets wise to it, both offensively and defensively.
Say for example Im getting joy with a specific blitz, pretty soon after it begins to fail as the put a TE there, roll out the other way and stuff...Youd be surprised sometimes how intelligent the AI is...But on other occasions they dont pick up to it, and even roll out to the side with the blitz and whatever.
On offense, I dont find much joy running the same play over and over..So I wouldnt really know. But I do know that I have this PA where I dont have time to look if I want the specific gain, so I just throw it high, so my guy gets it or no-one does. If I do that a couple of times on say 3rd downs, the computer picks up on it, and is right there to pop my guy if he makes the catch, forcing a drop.
I play on All Madden. My sliders down, Comp sliders up. (not all the way)

They actually wrote something into Madden 06 where if you run the same play over and over the computers defensive attributes go up more and more each time you run it..

Wow, I didn't realize that... but it makes a lot of sense now that I think about it.
I'm currently playing with the Pack on my fran, and I've restricted myself to using Sherman's playbook since he is the coach. I'm not a big fan of that book, so I tend to get in a rut in play calling, and lately it seems like defenses are playing amazing against me. Or it could be cause I have Favre as my offensive coordinator.
Thats pretty damn cool Cash. I thought it would be cool if something like that was in place..This just means Lancelot's request/criticism holds no ground really..

personally i think basically everything needs to change from madden 2006 for the 360......i was expecting lots of stuff since i played it on the g-cube b4...but when i got it...it absolutely sucked, no superstar, no minicamp, no create a stadium, no create a player and it was just basically horrible...this could be because they had to reformat it for the 360 and ran out of time but a lot just needs to change, still completely stoked for 2007 though.
Madden 07 does look great...except for the cover why would they put any other team then the previous superbowl winners??? it just make no sense...besides everyone knows the steelers kick major *$$

For Madden people the best way to explain it is that he has a very low awareness.
Its a good thing they dont put players of the team that won the Super Bowl on the cover, I dont want any of the Steelers players coming down with a case of the Madden Curse.
2000: Ricky Williams - Was good...while he wasn't banned from the league...
2001: Shaun Alexander - Definitley not...we'll see what the Madden cover does to him this year.
2002: Chris Weinke - I don't think anyone expected him to do anything in the NFL...
2003: Joey Harrington - Exhibit A if you were gonna make an "NCAA curse" arguement.
2004: Carson Palmer - Definitley not...well, as long as he returns to form after his injury.
2005: Larry Fitzgerald - Nope.
And 2006 had Desmond Howard on the cover, who doesn't play anymore. So I think the answer is no, there is no NCAA curse. Ricky was just a pothead and Joey was simply a bust.
There needs to be something to livin up the games. Every games is a like no stadium is the same but they all sound the same on the game. The Texan's stadium should be no where as loud as Greenbay's or the Steelers my god its never even close to selling out. Get the crowds more into the game with each play and let it cause some kind of momentom for the teams Detroit always plays better on Thanksgiving so show a turkey change something about the game to be different not like ever other game now the NFL network is carring games will everone have madden to comentate.
