Superstar needs to be more intresting a bit diffrent like in first person view while your playing.
Gang tackles the current tackles are just to unrealistic.

More affects of the crowd like 06 the crowd was just standing up and sitting back down how lame. There needs to be a bit more colour and they should affect the games.
Bring back the super teams like the mummies from 05 they were pretty cool.

Last one, maybe like a pass control i know it would be like impossible but the ability to pass backwards like in Rugby Union would be mad and give that extra edge on the plays.
