A few things I would like to see
I'm a long time madden gamer. I love the game and eventhough it offers something new and improved each year, there a few things I've been wanting to see become apart of the game.
1) The Hall of Fame - it sucks having great players and having great careers with them just to see them retire and disappear from the game completley. Having a hall of fame would be awesome. It just makes the game that much more complete and realistic. It makes the franchise or career mode that much more worth trying go 20-30 years deep. There should be a replica of Canton Ohios Hall of Fame building. It has all the greats and their memorabilia in it to along with there stats and there accomplishments. It should be set up just like the real thing where every year there is a list and a vote for who should get in. All their records, stats, and accomplishments should be saved and jersey with possibly some other memorabilia. It would just be a nice added feature to give the game some completeness and it would be like a nice reward for having great player putting up great stats. But it should only be allowed for franchise that are in madden level.
2) Team Highlight Show - I think it would be pretty cool if there was a feature added to where you could create a highlight reel for the season. Something where you could create a highlight show of some of the great runs or big hits or wild plays and save them and have like a highlight show at the end of the season where the system composes all the plays you saved it puts together a video or you could design how you would want to go yourself.
3) Free Agency - this should be before the draft to be more consistent with how it happens in real life
4) Bring back Playmaker - I liked being able to have a blocker go where you want or have a receiver go in the direction you want because in 06 a lot of times players not going where want them was a problem.
