I think My man Larry Johnson should be on there because he is a beast 1750 and 21 touchdowns in 9 games! come on man, imagine if he had the 8 games he didn't play he would of got at least 2300 yards
for one thing it won't be shaun alexander cause he has already showed hi disgust for the madden curse and it won't be peyton because he is still signed to a contract with NFL Fever!

but besides that, i got 06 not too long ago, and wtf? i can beat all the homies and before this could whomp the cpu. i can't even beat the cpu on allpro in 06...i thought maybe it was the passing cone but even with it off...i can put up 150 rushing yards and 300 passing but still can't win but like one out of every four games...
and the sad thing is i'm a defensive player. my defense does good, i just somehow seem to lose every time on some bull...i can't figure it out...i never had this problem with madden before...
Now that would be a first. Put a Rookie on the cover of Madden. Great idea.

the one guy who said it all depends on the new features is right. Thats how its been lately. even in Ncaa football they put howard on the cover because of the Race for the Heisman dealy. But i think it will be a running back because they did the passing and the D and the playmakers, maybe this year running or maybe they'll put a legend on it or something for some new build a legend feature. I guess we'll wait and see when it comes out
I hope its Larry Johnson too. I think if Alexander merely got 130 yards more for the season and actually won the rushing champion, then Johnson would've only needed to play one more game. He's the man, and we need a Chief on the cover.
Here's a thought that would stop the jinx, or wipe out several players at once!
Why not do what magazines do and have regional covers? If you are from the west, Alexander. If you're from the south/middle states, Johnson. From the East, Polamalou or Big Ben. Up North, I don't know, Matt Millen??? You get the idea...Then you have collector covers, sell more copies because people want to collect stuff and regionally, you get to see someone on the cover that you actually care about, unlike Ray Lewis, who in my opinion, should be on the cover of "Madden 07 Prison Edition".
