I think Monday night games should have a different atmosphere from regular games. EA needs to use different display graphics or something in order to Monday Night games stand out. I don't know if they could actually have two sets of announcers. One for regular games and Madden and Al Michaels for Monday Night games and the Super Bowl.
The game should also have a portion where the starting lineup is introduced and they show their pictures on the screen during the game, just like they do on real Monday Night games. And make the crowd louder or something. I forget the crowd is on the game sometimes. When you try to hype them up, they still don't sound loud enough. Make the stadiums shake like they do on NCAA. And the crowd needs to react more to big plays, too. And maybe actually show Madden and Michaels in the booth every once in a while.

Yep...no denying it, Madden has really fallen off in the "presentation" department in the last couple of years. Contrary to what EA seems to believe, the little things DO matter. Things like what you said...those nifty starting lineup things they do in real games, Madden and Michaels, etc...
Speaking of the announcers, even if they don't get Madden/Michaels for monday night, they should have the announcer mention the fact that its monday night football several times throughout the game.
Which gives me another idea...how about a "clutch" or "big game" factor in Madden? Like an attribute increase for players that have a tendency to step it up a notch in big games (Tom Brady)...and a decrease for those who don't (Peyton Manning). Peyton may have a higher OVR rating than Brady in normal games, but who would you rather have leading your team in the Super Bowl?
Monday night games yeah...But playoffs moreso...Yeesh. They need to make it more exciting. I really do love Madden, but that is a major flaw, the playoffs.

Yeah I agree, and the Super Bowl is really a joke. Seems like an ordinary game except for some of the paint on the field. They should have a trophy presentation and maybe some mock interviews or something because its very lame as is.
The Super Bowl seems like it's been the same for the last 4 years...
