some more wishes

I would like be a coach mode. You could make up drills to improve your players. You could start from the bottom and work your way up or be a head coach. That would be really cool. Also i would like to run practice. Also i would like the coachs to have bigger effect. Also is any of this sent to EA Sports? To make these changes or to make the game better.
