I just bought Madden 09 (I know...behind the curve) for my Wii after playing Madden 07. I like creating my own player and adding them to my franchise team, but I can't seem to make this happen in 09. Am I doing something wrong?
Is there a way to get your custom made player on your franchise team?
I didn't play Madden too much this year but I'm pretty sure there's no way to get players from Superstar into Franchise mode. They're too separate modes. I'm also pretty sure that you can't get any kind of created player into an already existing franchise...you'd have to create the player and put him on a team before you start the franchise.

Thanks Short - that's what I can't figure out...how to create a player and put him on a team. Arggh
My reccomendation here is to Find a madden generated rookie after your first Franchise season (sim it) that is the hight, weight, position, ect ect that your wanting for the player you want to create and then edit his name. You may not get the stats the way you want em.. but if you do superstar correctly you probably won't get the stats the way you want em either :-) you can trade or whatever you need to do to get the rookie your wanting on your team. Thats the only way I know to do it
i think you should just creat a player with the same stats and eveything as your superstar and then put him on a team and start the franchise with the team you put him on. its just like having the superstar player on franchise.
