Hiring a coach and staff

So if your coach has an effect on your players awr and other stats, what strategy do you guys or should I employ for hiring a new head coach, and or cooridnators?

Also what are some of ya'll trade strategies... How do you get a solid top notch player with out having to give up your 1st roud draft pick or even give up a draft pick at all?

As for hiring the Head Coach and/or coordinators I basically will look at my roster and see what positions are my strengths. I then can decide to add to that strength or hire a coach than can help one of my weaker positions. I use the Jags in my career mode because my buddies and I created ourselves and had to pick a neutral team. (Little did they know that the Jags are my second favorite team after the Pack lol.)

As for the trading secrets or strategies....I really don't have any to be honest with you. As silly as this sounds I traded away my fave player Maurice Jones-Drew because I felt bad not giving him playing time behind my buddies created HB lol. I was able to get a number 1 with that trade which was nice.

It is funny but I do have a certain idea and style of a team I want to field. I definately look at only certain players to draft. I hardly ever have any CB's rated 90 or higher because I just don't see the difference in play between a 95 rated guy and an 85 rated guy. As long as they have some decent speed and strength I am happy (plus I am saving some cap money).
