Yeah the title pretty much says it all. I cant start a franchise cause the game will freeze on me. I have not tried to play online yet to see what kind of dumb sh** will happen there, also after reading the problems everybody else has had I would say this is the worst Madden yet.
Franchise as well as superstar mode works perfectly fine, do you think maybe it could be an issue with your Xbox?
My only problem with this years game is that it's extremely difficult to run the ball, and to get a good pash rush anyone have any tips?
I have a ps3, I dont think there is anything wrong with my ps3 it was playing other games without any problems before I played Madden, I have been pretty busy lately so I have not been able to try any of my other games out.
I guess if there is a problem with my ps3 I can just trade it in cause I still have a year left on my warranty.

If your not having issues with any other games, it won't be a problem with your consol. Besides, Madden is usually pretty buggy, so I would put my money on it being the game.
I would have to disagree with your tread title especially if you havent tried to take your game back and tell them there is something wrong with it. Depending on where you got it, you should have a warranty. I have had no problems at all with my madden as far as the freezing issue you talked about with the franchise. Maybe your disk is scratched????? I would exhaust all those avenues before I passed such a judgment on the game. That is just my opinion though
