if its like ncaa, which i would imagine it will be, then no it doesnt stop after one year, it should be just like a franchise where u can keep going year after year and do the draft and free agency then start a new season
I'm not certain it will be like in NCAA TheViking, I think EA would've made a much bigger deal about this feature if it was a full franchise mode over a number of seasons. Additionally, if it was like NCAA's Online Dynasty mode I think it would have a name reflecting that rather than simply "Online Leagues". Of course I'm just projecting here, I could be totally wrong but my impression so far is that there won't be an online franchise mode.

if EA doesnt make it like ncaa and have an online franchise, then theyre retarded...the ncaa online franchise mode was a great idea and a huge succes IMO. If madden's online league is just one year then **** that, im not even gonna waste my time lol.
But knowing EA, it probably is only a one year league so that way they can add the online franchise to next years madden and call it a new feature, but i cant blame them, its smart business
Sup all. This is my very first post, I have been looking for the welcome thread but I cant find it. Anyway, cool site...
Back to the topic. A few years back on PS2 we were able to do online leagues. I managed to run it for 3 seasons then the franchise crashed. We used the 'ea locker' for this. I just hope that this year EA finally puts this together and it should function well (if they decide to do it).
There is no excuse to not have this, if you are going to monopolize the football game then you have to do it right and listen to the community. Online leagues have been the thing missing and it should have been here by now. We also need a league website...
