Why Does Madden 08 Cost 10 Bucks less on the Original Xbox then Ps2?
have anyone else noticed that madden 08 on the original xbox cost $39.99, while the ps2 version will be $49.99? I just wondered why the price change for the original xbox version..i own a original xbox, and i plan on getting madden 08 for it, i was just curious about this.

Probably to sell more, a lot of Xbox owners(the ones I know, at least) bought a 360 because it was/is pretty affordable. So they will sell more Xbox ones if it is cheaper. Just my theory.

yea really! APF 2K8 isn't NFL so it will not effect the NFL games.
I was planning on getting Madden for the PS2 b/c NCAA wasn't supposed to have been released on the Xbox, but since it is I'm gonna get the Xbox version which is cheaper because less ppl have the Xbox, but some Xbox fans do not have the 360 yet so they'll buy it for the Xbox! so that's why it is cheaper more likely!

Plus, the only reason Madden dropped the price on it's games was because 2k5 was being sold for 19.99. APF 2k8 on the other hand is selling for 59.98
