Fair point...But since he hasnt played an NFL down that seems a bit stupid.
Jones Drew was a beast...But VY was better..I think anyway. He added more to the team than Jones Drew did to his..

Well, since it's based on Rookie Impacts, you notice how the commericials have been Reggie Bush, Devin Hester, and Vince Young, 3 Big Rookie Impacts.
There will NEVER be a ROOKIE on the cover.

There better not be... why would the sadists at EA want to derail someone's rookie season like that? OK, since CJ's on the Lions I wouldn't be that upset, because it would make Matt Millen look bad. Again.
At any rate I said week 5-6. The curse isn't immediate in most cases, usually ends up being an injury a few games in like with McNabb or whatever. Looking at the schedule, I predict Week 5, Derrick Brooks on a VY scramble. Lol, I have no idea, but it'll happen sometime.

Really, the thing behind the cover is usually what they are promoting. I can't say too much before Vick in 04... but Vick was the Playmaker. Lewis was the Defense. McNabb was the Offense and the vision (same year they lost the superbowl). Alexander was the running game. Young will be the Rookie Impact and Superstar Impact mainly. That's where I see this being effected the most.

The focus this year is not on Rookies it is on.. Ready? Hold...
WEAPONS..
There are now WEAPONS in the game. They wanted LT on the cover as a weapon but he declined.. so they chose Vince. He will obvioulsy be a weapon in the game. Hester is most definately a weapon as is Reggie Bush.
