Just a couple of ideas i havent seen as i have sifted through some of the different ideas. The one part of Madden i think really lacks is drafting. Every year in the real life draft there are people that go high in the draft and are complete busts. There are people like colston who come out of the late rounds and accel. I think they should make it so you have to thouroughly scout the players and look through college stats and personality tests to see who will do well and who will fit in with your team. It seems like you can have the first pick in the draft and he will be an 83 just like 25 other players. Why not make some picks be in the 90's and become automatic stars, have some be 70's but with hard work and good personality become stars in 4 years. Whenever i do a franchise i always just trade picks to get players allready in the 90's...Also it doesnt seem like injuries do much to players. a knee injury can really mess up someones career. Contracts seem to be a big issue in real life as well, if a player does well he should be rewarded in the game, if he does **** he can be cut and its not a huge deal. i think this game could go so much further then it does in these aspects and they say they are going to but everything always seems to suck. last year you could train players but that took ages and it was repetative bull****
Last year's simleauge there was a guy that came out of the draft a 99 OA, that wanted a max contract.
I had a fifth round pick receiver who was top ten in yards receiving two years running.
It happens... Maybe not as often as it does in real life... But it happens.

The simple fact is that he is a over rated piece of **** that can't cover. He makes bad reads on routes and lacks the ability to recover when he is beaten.
For Madden people the best way to explain it is that he has a very low awareness.
