Well it certainly wasnt very pretty but still effective just like all the weeks previous to this...

The D is is still our saving grace as we arent as productive as we would like to be on the offensive side of the ball....

I dont believe we learned all we needed to learn this pre-season to make us as effective as we will need to be against the teams on our tough schedule...

MJD still isnt getting to the hole making the key runs we really need him to make and we may have to rely on the passing game more than previously thought.... Campbell I think will be a good addition but such a late start with this team it might be tough to judge what he will actually be able to do...

The young receiving corp seems to be able to make key play when need and not very much more... This is still tuff fore me to judge do to the late acquisions of Lelie and Carter... So we will see what happens to the offense in the near future....

The D as I said before has kept us in every game and I would go as far to say won it for us... I still think the is plenty room for improvement as I learn the different D styles and what they are capable of doing...

That said I look forward to the first game of the regular season against the Cowboys...

Although your team finished the preseason 4-0, you won them by an average of four points with three wins coming by a single field goal. Josh (Scobee) missed his first field goal in thirteen attempts last game, do you feel he has been overworked thus far? Do you plan to make any changes on offense/defense to try and increase your margin of victory and take some pressure off of him?

Can a "K" be over worked I really dont think so... I dont blame him for missing that field goal, I blame the offense for not getting him closer...

Its his job.. I would hope the offense scores a TD every time but that just isnt reallity... We have a young team and have a large learning curve... So yes we have to make adjustments but that doesnt mean Scobee shouldnt be prepared to do his job...

Does it worry you at all that Scobee will be a free agent, albeit of the restricted variety at the end of the season due to big impact he's had on this team's success?

No more than any other player that hasd contibuted to this teams victories... You have to remeber he didnt do it all himself he was put into a position where he could do what he has done...
