*LOBO Approaches the podium*
Well as you can see from the score we came away with another victory yet I am still not satisfied… My starting crew is young and mistakes are to be expected… I am still green in the play calling area and I am sure that plays a large roll into the whole scheme of things…
The Offense is young and seems to be doing fairly well… We just have to start making the smart plays, get first downs, and convert on third downs… Seven total first downs are just unacceptable along with the 4/12 3rd down conversions… We have to avoid the fumbles and sacks like the 2 of each we gave today…. Got take care of that ball….
J. Campbell was just acquired and is young QB with a ton of talent… There is going to be a learning curve but I am sure he will pull through just fine… He needs to learn to get rid of the ball when he feels pressure so he doesn’t give up those key sacks … R. Davey is doing just fine as his back up and I hope he continues to progress… Jones-Drew had another disappointing showing today but as he matures and becomes more confident he will start being a spectacular back to watch… My receiving core is very young and has under gone some changes I believe for the better only time will tell…
The D was our saving grace today… the first half was rough it seemed that we could stop anything then in the second half they seemed to find their groove… With 6 SKS and 4 INT’s your offense better be able to capitalize and get some points on the board… Also we have to watch those senseless penalties 4 for 43yrds they will kill you all the time….
Again this team and I are young and we are a work in progress… I feel we will be a force to be reckoned with…. So now if you will excuse me I am excited to leave this conference and start working for next week…
Your quarterbacks combined for a mere 6/15 and 100 yards (93 if you include the sack each of them took). Is this a serious concern and willit cause you rely on the running more in the future?

With Jones-Drew stuggling does that concern you with your plans to be a run heavy offense?

Again the answer would have to be yes... He will still get his carries and we will still run... He just took over the starting job and there is still alot for him to learn... We have to remeber that this is still the preseason... Also We are the youngest team in the league bar none... So I do have alot of concerns but at this time and where we are it is to be expected...
Obviously... Iam not expecting a SB this year... Iam looking to post some decent numbers and get some positive experience... Iam trying to be realistic and will take some losses if we learn from the experience...
In your short time here, you have managed to field an incredibly young team with only four or five players over the age of 28. Did your relative inexperience as an NFL coach (GM?) dictate the path you took and the moves you made in planning for the future?

I would have to say yes... Most of what I have now was here when I got here I maybe made some poor decisions since, but I have been learning and it is a steep curve for me... You know you just have to plant the seeds and pull the weeds and hope for a good crop...
I think it will all work out in the end as I and my team becomes more comfortable and confident....
Rumors are that the fans of Jacksonville are starting to question the trade of Fred Taylor. Is the front office of your organization starting to question that call as well, or are you still satisfied with what you may get with Jones-Drew from what he has shown thus far?
Taylor was old and I wish him well with the Browns... I believe it was the time For JD to take the helm as the feature back... Iam building for the future I improved in other positions with that trade so do I regret it no...
JD is young and this is the preseason so no Iam not concerned... There has to be some blame laid on my shoulders aswell I may not be calling the best plays for my team...
As I said before I may have made some mistakes but we are here now so ring the bell we will be ready to come out swinging...
