Hehe...so Chaos, Tigam...in the nature of this thread ("honesty") which of you is a better receiver? And I'm sure neither one is Moss (quitting on plays)...Owens and CJ?
I've never played co-op...I've generally only played Madden with my roommate and my brother...I couldn't stand playing "with" my brother and my roommate and I just find it more fun against eachother...perhaps I will tryout the co-op thing eventually just not yet.

Co-Op is a LOT of fun when you play with someone who is atleast good. Me and my mom's b/f use to play Co-Op franchises and stuff. Its kind of hard though, and either you have a stationary QB or you have to switch controllers lol.
He's better at offense, I'm better at defense. Not because of any kind of skill, more to do with the philosophy of the game.

lol, yeah on defense when I play co-op I run the FS. I'm accelent at reading the play and stopping the pass. My mom's b/f generally ran DT and did a good job. When I play myself I run the FS as well though.
I refused to play Owens so Tigam took him. I played Glenn then we drafted a guy and Owens held out so we both waisted a year playing WR that we didn't have the next season.
Tigam is better as Pass coverage on D because he plays conservative at FS. I am more aggressive and sometimes give up a deep pass here and there (But then so does Tigam). If the game is on the line though I can go conservative but it bugs the **** out of me because I want to make a play. I wouldn't say either one of us is better on D, we compliment each other.
On offense I have the better hands.... always.

We were using the xbox for co-op (I didn't even buy Madden 2007 on the 360)
This year it looks like we will be able to make the move to the 360. Now if they would just put multiple players on the same team online so people can feel the PAIN!!!

I've just started playing playing co-op with my friend (who has barely played Madden before and doesn't even know all the rules to football) on the Wii. We started on Pro, but blew out some teams and just moved up to All-Pro (haven't played a game yet). He's the QB and I'm generally the HB (as the motion to catch the ball is still taking some getting used to and it takes valuable time for me to control a WR every play).
On defense we both generally take a safety and watch over our sides of the field (though sometimes I take control of a lineman or linebacker pre-snap). We've done pretty well overall, but we'll see how it goes when we move up the skill level.

I can not imagine playing Madden on the Wii. Thats gotta be so weird. Could just picture a video of Me, Cash and Tigam all in a room playing the Wii. We would look like a mental hospitals rec room.

Lol, my friend has some sort of obsession with moving the remotes...whenever he has the ball (and is not the QB) he'll wave them around...causing unnecessary stiff arms, etc.
As an update we are now 0-2 on All-Pro (came two yards from sending the first game into OT). Unfortunately I think my amazing running on Pro has hampered us...he trusts me too much to make all the plays (running on 3rd and 14 on a regular basis)...I've somehow managed to get a few first downs on them, but I'm definitely feeling pressure (he doesn't trust himself to pass much on All-Pro...to the extent that I took over QB at the end of the last game)...we'll be continuing to work on it...perhaps with me in control of the playcalling we might be able to pull it together.
Catching the ball is sooooo awkward on the Wii though...to an extent that sceen passes have been impossible so far.
