Converting guests to Members??
We need to come up with a way to convert guests (people that come here but don't register) to members (people that are registered, post and participate on the board)
Throw out any ideas you might have, and if you are guest viewing this.... register, so that you can post in here and tell me what you might have seen that would convince you to register?

Voicing the fact that email is not abused I could do in fact I could post a thread about it and all the members can varify it. But the email addresses have to be entered so that
1) I can email members when I need to..
2) I can verify signups.. If you sign up you have to click on the link to verify that you registered (legal stuff)

I don't see why they don't join. You seem to be getting the necessary attention and the advertising for the board is working becuase your getting hits. The contests are a very smart idea and I don't know if anyone can suggest anything else. People need to have it in them to join. Joining a message board is a commitment. Not everyone is up for that. I have alot of friends that play Madden with them but none are the type to join a message board and unfortunately none will despite my efforts (I tried just so i didn't feel like i didn't but i knew already it wouldn't work). Its not for everyone unfortunately.
