OK here is how it will work.

1) Since there is a pirze injuries will be off

2) It will be a fantasy draft (and you will be able to pick if you want to)
a. Here is how the Draft will work.. It will be a fantasy draft, and if you want you can submit your draft order to me. When your pick comes I will pick the next available talent on your list unless that position is at is requirement in which case I will move to the next best player at a different position. Obviously the list you make is going to be long and take some time but it will ensure you get players you want. If you don't submit a list then the computer will pick for your team.

3) All games will be SIMMED.. I will SIM however many games need to be simmed per week in order to get the league done in time to pre-order the winner a madden '05

4) Winner gets a Pre-Order of MADDEN '05 for system of thier choice.

5) Trades will be allowed with vetos enforced.

6) Free agnecy is active, and there will be a wavier ranking in reverse order of first round of draft (if you picked last you get first waiver position)

Ok thats it for now I may insert more later if you have any questions or suggestions ask or suggest here and I will update this post as needed.

so how will we fantasy draft, and with the free agency will it be the same one as madden 2004

Hey Cash... I had some ideas in a post some time ago. Maybe you may like some of them? I had one about the draft at least. I am too lazy right nwo to retype it but it is on the board somewhere lol. Just let me know if you want me to look for it instead.

Okay, since you'll be doing an actual Franchise with a Fantasy Draft you wont be able to save the game during the draft I believe. So, I think that you and whoever else would like to help you, should have the people here post who they want to pick. Start a thread and have the first person post 32 qbs in order of their wanting, then have the second post their choice then so on. If they do not post then we can figure something out. But this should go on with a new thread for each position maybe? I know it'll take a while but maybe we can get half of the draft done in one day and the other half another. People can even use e-mail if they can't reach the board. And maybe the participants should just choose their starters and then you can let the computer pick the depth.

So, 32 people. One thread for quarterbacks. Each person chooses and posts (in order obviously) 32 qbs. If someone can't post that day then they should submit an e-mail. In choosing who gets who, the admin will just go down the list and cancel the players out.

If you need help or anything, let me know Cash. Also if you dont quite understand where I am coming from haha.

Right... but if you did that then the first pick would get every player he wants. I guess I don't understand what you're saying.

I believe it the picking will be flipped once the first round goes through... so, it'll be normal order for the first round and when the second begins it'll reverse and the last guy who picked goes first and the first last.

That is true but there will be free agents after the draft..

Picking by position would be easier, but its not as good for making talent even on teams.. the guy in the middle of the draft never gets a HIghest rated player.. I think everyone should make a draft board.. and you go how deep you want on your board.. when you pick comes I pick for you whoever is next highest on your board unless that position is filled.. Now obviously this takes a little time on your part, and if you don't want to do it than the computer can pick for you.. If you do it then there is probably more chance you win the game

Yeah I was just thinking of that yesterday. You're right Cash, the draft board would be better. But what if everyone made the same draft board?
