Ok I'll let it out a little sooner than what I planned..

So I had this idea to do a game of the week and allow people to watch it on realplayer or windows media player. I would record it and it could be downloaded and watched...

Then I thought about just doing audio recordings of all the user games... mp3 format.. could be played in any of the players...

I also have the ability to broadcast the game live and if you have winamp you can listen do it...

Then I thought that there might not be a high response to the game of the week being video (not many watching it)?? It would be about 100 megs...

Then I thought maybe I would just do the playoffs or just the super bowl in video??

This should clear up a bunch of questions people had... also.. I will be able to record the weekly stats screens and stuff so I don't have to type it all in all the time and people could just get them and look to see thier stats from a game and the league leaders etc etc..

And no this is not a webcam its actually a video capture device...

So what I want to know from the users is what you think? Will you listen to your game MP3 file? about 10-15 megs??

Would you watch the game of the week??

Should I just make the Super bowl video??

so i was on the right track cash i think you should do the game of the weeks and the playoffs and superbowl if its not to much i know that anything you put on ill listen to or watch

It took me about 20-25 minutes to download a full game and I have Broadband. It may be time consuming, but it is nto like you can do something else in the meantime. Trust me, it was well worth it, especially if you wanna see yout eam punk a rival. Plus, you dont have to watch the whole thing at one time. you can watch a bit of it then finish it later. And when you are done, delete it!

I like the video better than anything else, but that is just me

yeah.. dialup... you get about 5 KBytes a Sec... that means 100kb in 20 secs.. that means 1 meg in 200 secs=3mins

That means 100 megs = 300 minutes = 5 hours

Now the sound files they would only take you about 20 minutes or so... Sux for the dial up people but most users on here are broadband...

Most likely everyone will watch or listen to their own games and not the others. So just do what you got to do. I'm with Harty, your doing way too much as it is.

Well, I'd just do the playoffs and Super Bowl. I won't really watch a game of the week unless it's me or someone in my division or has a direct effect on me. Anything you want to do, it's your choice.
