A few things I'm noticing here.. 1 of which is that it takes the computer a LOT longer to play a 10 minute quarter game then it takes me.. I think the ACC clock does not work when I do it this way..
So I think I will change to 5 min quarters...
The stats may be lower than normal but it will be this way for everyone cause I am not simming any games..

I like watching the games, and I want to watch them.. to be fair if I am going to play out 1 game not simmed then I should do it with all the games.. this is not a problem...
Now about the 5 min quarters.. Right now we are at 10 min quarters and that is giving us an average of 160 offensive plays per game.. In the NFL the real average is about 120 offensive plays per game. So right now we are over by 40 plays a game if we go to 5 minutes we will be under by about 40 plays per game...
So I have decided instead to go to 7 minute quarters.. which will get us a LOT closer to 120 per game.
Is that ok?
But I will not play out all the pre-season games.. i will sim the rest of the weeks after week 1...

Cash, why arent you playing out 8 games of each team owner and simulate the 8 other games? I think that would be much better and more realistic if we sim the half of the league and play out the games in 9 or 10 minutes per quarter.
That would be much easier for you and more fun for us all....

The CPU will play under your instructions. lets see have Cash decided. He said something about 7 mins for a quater. Maybe the offensive stats wont suffer much but the defensive stats will go down rapidly. But, who cares...
why would defensive stats go down.... If the offense is still getting the NFL average 120 plays per game that means that the defense is playing an average of 120 plays per game as well.....
