Ok this is what I am thinking.. This is taking way to long... I can zip through 2 rounds pretty fast, and a draft board would not need to be very large to carry 2 rounds now (some people need QB's still others HB's others WR's) so it will spread out...

TWO rounds a day every day at 10 A.M. CST we will draft starting Tuesday..

Who can't get a small board to me every day that will cover 2 rounds? PM me if there is no way you can do it...

Otherwise get me your boards...

If you need to just focus on 1 position per round its better than nothing...

P.S. If you did not get me a board for sundays draft and then you don't get me one for this draft, you are out... CPU will take your team..

what time are you going to want us to get you our draft boards by? the night before or do we have up until 10am every day?

Try to get them to me by 9 a.m. that morning of the draft.. but if I get your board by when I do your pick, I will use it (I should start the drafts every morning at 10) CST

Is Leonard Little a DE or a LB in this game?
I thought he is a DE but at www.nfl.com he is listed as a LB!!
Which is right??

OK.. I don't want everyone to get thrown out because they don't have the time.. So I am going to allow a position board if you want to send me one...

I will just draft the best OVR left when it comes for you.... But if you send me a positional board thats all it can be, no specific players...

(P.S. I am still kicking out anyone that didn't get me a board last time that doesn't get me one this time..)

I live in germany and knew only about 50 or 60 players by name and performances from the NFL. I never played Madden games before and iam getting my information about the players only via internet or sports newspapers. I red and studied very much in the recent days and made very good draft boards in my eyes, but the results are often not as good as I expected.
For example I knew that Brady won 2 time the superbowl and is a good passer but he is just 90 overall in Madden. Other QB’s are 95 or more but definitely not better in my opinion. The same strange result I had with Jamie Sharper and Jason Ferguson. Sharper is a hell of a MLB and had over 100 tackles last year. I selected him to be my leader of the defense but his rating is just 91. Others who have a bigger name, for example Bouleware, are 93 or even better but have not even half of the tackles and not helped their teams as much as Sharper did.
Another example is Jason Ferguson. He is among the best seven or eight DT’s in my eyes but has only a rating of 80 overall.
I believe that Madden is not objective and some players are hyped and don’t deserve their very high ratings.
I made a very good draft board again but iam sure that my first next pick will be a guy who is 80 overall and the next will be 78 overall.
If I continue to make my own picks in the way I did, I will get really good and fantastic players in the real NFL, but no impact players in the “Maddenworld”…

So I ask myself if I should change my system and write cashpath just the positions I want to have and let him draft the best player available for the position.
But in this case, the team I get wont be really my team because it was not I who selected them.
Iam undecided right now…

Hey Billster,
The problem is that Madden 2004 came out before last season started.. So last seasons stats are not figured into how good a player is..

For example Marcelous Wiley is ranked pretty high in madden 2004 but he had his worse year last year as a charger.. and he will probably be rated lower in madden 2005 but then he may have a great year in Dallas.. They basically have to take educated guesses on player ratings...

Like who knew that Jeremy sHockey should have like a 50 injury in Madden?

Without the actual madden game you will have problems gettting a good team.. You could go to your local book store and buy a guidebook...
