I go through a couple match-ups that I don't like, particularly because their record is a little.. too good, and finally find some chump who's 1-7 and uses the Indianapolis Colts. His Did Not Finish Percentage was 54%. Seems like an easy win? Oh I beg to pardon.

I decide, since this is an "easy win", I'll try out a new team instead of the Atlanta Falcons or the Baltimore Ravens. I choose to use the Minnesota Vikings. Adrian Peterson at running back sounds all good.

So it starts off pretty easy, I choose to return when I won the coin toss because you know, what harm would that cause? I score on a toss, 7-0. He gets the ball. Knowing most Indianapolis Colts' users, I decide to use Cover 2 and Cover 3 throughout most of the game to stop the unstoppable Manning and Wayne combo. Plus, I have Dallas Clark to worry about.

It took him a while, a good 5 minutes, to score on me and now the score is 7-7. I get the ball and drive down to maybe the 28 or 29 yard line. I want to play it safe, because this guy is obviously not as bad as I had thought he was, to kick a field goal. 10-7. He throws an interception to me, I kick another field goal. 13-7. Right near the end of the half, he manages to get a score in, somehow between the four defenders I had covering Reggie Wayne, he managed to catch it and break through a gang tackle, but whatevz :clown:

I kick the ball and I injure Peyton Manning, and now he has to bring in Jim Sorgi, which kinda sucks I'll admit. Jim Sorgi throws an immediate interception to me and I return it for a touchdown. And again, he throws another interception to me but not returned for a touchdown. And HERE IS WHERE ADRIAN PETERSON COMES IN AT THE WRONG TIME AND PLACE.

I throw a shotgun dump pass to A.P, and he DROPS THE PASS BEHIND THE LINE OF SCRIMMAGE. Somehow, someway, A.P. falls to the ground and Bob Sanders from the Colts scoops up the fumble and scores. 21-20, I'm losing at this point.

Once again, Jim Sorgi throws ANOTHER interception. I return it down to maybe the opposite 15 yard line, so I'm in field goal range and touchdown range. I give A.P another chance, so I run a quick ISO play and he picks up 3 yards. I give him a toss to the weak side, and guess what? YAY, A.P has fumbled yet again. I fought for the fumble but the Colts defender had jumped on it first so he pretty much had the big advantadge.

Here comes the best part of my amazing story:
Jim Sorgi, yet again, in a continuous cycle, throws another pick-off. He had had pretty deep field position so I was on my own 15 yard line at this point in the game. I make my way down to the 55 yard line, not letting Adrian Peterson even touch the ball, but I decide to give him one last chance.
SURE ENOUGH, HE TAKES A WEAK HIT FROM THE CORNERBACK AND FUMBLES THE BALL RIGHT BY THE SIDELINE, AND MY OPPONENT PICKS UP THE FUMBLE, AND SCORES YET AGAIN. :grrrrrr:

Even funnier:
After the fumble recovery touchdown, Adrian Peterson was injured.. ha. HA! It was the pansiest hit ever too. :finger: :biggthumpup:

Someone explain to me WHY this is happening.
