Umm...actually I have no idea who we owe money to, but I do remember learning in school that we owe trillions of dollars to various countries and they're never gonna get the money...

Theres two sides to the National Debt.... The money we owe, and the money other counties owe us.
We keep track of the money we owe, but we dont keep track of the money we are owed and dont ever expect to get it back.
So with that I could care less what we owe other countries. As far as I'm concerned we should charge them all for our services to the World as the "World Police" and call it even.
