I never said that it doesn't happen. I watch as much soccer if not more than you. I keep up with all the yearly soccer season from Portugal and every type of international play whether the World Cup, Euro Cup, League of Champions or whatever else it may be.
It happens alot where the better team doesn't win, like in the 2004 Euro when we lost to Greece. I just dont' feel that this was one of those games where the better team got gipped and lost

Did I watch the game? Come on I'm Portuguese. I watched every second of it.
Thats not true about nothing but a free kick. Because you dont' go from awarding a simple free kick like you said to handing out a RED CARD for a small shove. Or else everyone in the Holland vs Portugal game would of received a red card. Refs was gonna give him a card, but was surrounded by all the players and trying to clear the mess, when Rooney's dumb *** came in and pushed Ronoldo for no reason it just prompted him to give the card immediately and end the situation.
Regardless Rooney had no reason to push Ronoldo even if he was asking the ref for a card, whether yello or red. Why? Because all players do that. Watch any World Cup game and you'll see after every foul that looks like it could be interpreted as a yellow card all team members and or captains approach the ref and talk to him. I'm sure their not exchanging recipes. Rooney was just an idiot for pushing him. This is a World Cup game, and they aren't teammates at that time.

LMAO. Show me the fair play agreement part that says you get the ball back where you kicked it out? LMAO
On how many occasions in other games were we attacking. In fact in one of them we had a 4 on 3 and were attacking. Where did we get the ball? We got it passed midfield on our side. That was life.
Also I'm going to rewatch the game because you stating that it occured 4 times to me is a bunch of bull**** and an over exxagerration.

Read above where I commented on how there was a whole situation going on in front of him and how Rooney just prompted the situation by pushing Ronoldo. And lets say somehow, which is completely FALSE, (it all comes down to how you interpret it and of course you want to believe otherwise) that he did get the card for pushing on top of the foul he committed, then he deserved it for being stupid enough to push someone right in front of a ref for no reason.
Ronoldo talking, even if he was asking for a card to the ref, is NO REASON to get shoved. Players do it all the time. Watch every World Cup Soccer game!!!!

He obviously said prior to the game..."I can get Rooney wound up, so Im gonna"..Now firstly thats bad sport...Secondly..They play for the same friggin team![/quote]
Really in what article did he say that he was going to get Rooney all wound up. England is NOTORIOUS for giving FAKE PROPOGANDA. They posted an article from one of our players, Pauleta, which was compeltely false because Pauleta never game them an interview. Yeah thats good stuff over there.
Head butt thing, yeah great stuff man. Way to show me how we played as bad sports. Because we didn't give you the ball exactly where you kicked it out and because Ronoldo got Rooney a red card and he headbutted him before the game started. OMG that is such bad play. I apologize for how bad our national team has treated you!

Thats all your opinion. You believe that with the performance you put in with 10 men you should of won? Why because we didn't score when you were a man down you deserved to win. LMAO. With the performance we put in vs Holland with a man down the whole second half practically then we should of won by like 3 instead of just 1.
You didn't play well enough to deserve to win just like we didn't, But we played extremely well when it counted and that was in penalties. But to say you played better than us is an opinion. That's all! I don't believe the English played well at all. Your team didnt' do anything worth a damn till Crouch's goofy 6'6 lanky *** came into the game. And even then you really didn't have any great shots on goal that I can recall that would of tied you the game.
Our play was definitely lackluster, especially loseing Deco for that game, but like I said a million times England didn't play any better so they couldn't of deserved to win. Now if they had played EXTRAORDINARY and lost in penalty shootouts or to a bad goal then yes you have a legitimate reason to be upset, but that was FAR FROM THE CASE. They barely played okay. Thats how bad they played. And Portugal was just as bad if not worse in some aspects but noone really outplayed anyone to say they deserved to win.
