Cowboys Pre-Season Wk 4 2006

Roy got a stinger in the game and came out. We didnt feel the need to get him back in and risk further injury. He will be ready to go in the season opener.
Well our defense made some plays this week and looked much better than last week. We still gave up drives for scores when they went into a hurry up at the end of each half. Thats something we need to work on... our hurry up defense seems to have some problems.
Offensively I am not to comfortable with the progress of either of our back up quarterbacks. I dont think either one of them is ready to play in a real game. We have a lot of work to do there.
The running game wasnt too shabby, it looks like Jones is going to be our starting half back and we will use Barber as our 3rd down back and in certain short yardage situations.
