Ok, overall im pleased with this win
Yes its only preseason, but still, its good to taste victory in the NFL

A couple thoughts:

We were very pleased with the way Jim Sorgi performed as we gave him the oppurtunity. It is very hard for him living in the shadow of Peyton, so it was good to see him come away with 158 yards passing and a TD.

Proehl has made it hard for us to leave him out in the next couple games with a very impressive game, with 96 yards and 2 TD's to his name

any questions?

Is Proehl expected to see extended playing time if he continues this and it becomes a trend?

without a question. any player that is consitantly putting up numbers like that is going to see an up in their playing time

Your offense has looked very impressive so far this preseson. Do you expect Peyton Manning to continue to see playing time or will he sit for the remainder of the preseason?

he'll keep getting playing time, as he did in this game getting us 2 TD's. We will only use him to keep him warm though, as we want Jim to have a bit of time out on the field for a change. Peyton will obviously be getting the brunt of his playing time when it really matters

Manning has been having an outstanding preseason. Is there any concern of an injury to him in one of these meaningless games and what it could mean to the Colts' season after Sorgi's 57.1 QB rating this week?

yes, there is a slight concern about our lack of yards on the ground, but we are sure, that when the games do start to matter, that our gains will start to get longer, and longer and longer

well yes, that would be a concern for any team with a player the quality of peyton. We do need to keep him warm, keep him playing from time to time, but his time playing is ment to be minmal

but, if worst does come to worst, then we have full confidence in Jim, and Im sure that we would not crumble if he has to run our offense

your Defense gave up pretty big numbers against the run. Do you feel your defense may be missing Dwight already?

One missing man isnt going to change our D. Yes, our numbers didnt look very good on D, but im sure that it wouldnt be much diffrent with Dwight.
