This is more like it. As I said last week when people were asking about how good I feel about our team 40-10 on the Lions backups. This week everyone can ask me about Doom and Gloom losing to the Bills 26-20 in overtime.
The Bills rallied from a 20-3 deficit to tie the game with seconds remaining and then won the game on a deep ball on thier first possession of OT. It was obvious the Bills wanted this game bad when they started the game with a roughing the passer penalty for a late hit on our QB Charlie Frye. He has a pinched nerve and will be out for a while.
The Bills owner called me after the game to let me know that the stats said his Bills Dominated the game. Classy guy he is. I don't think I have any delusions of this team being in the playoffs this year, let alone winning the Super Bowl so to any owners in the future (this year) who face us and win (or even dominate), don't get to excited. Nobody is picking us to go over .500
Now back to the game...
We started Charlie fry to see what he could do with the starters and while we were winning 13-3 at halftime it wasn't because of Fry. He stinks. If Matt Schaub gets hurt this team is doomed. Schaub on the other hand played great in the second QTR even though the line refused to give him any protection and Darius Watts dropped just about everything thrown to him.
Steve Smith didn't play and won't play the next game either.
I am considering sitting all the starters due to the injuries this team is taking on at this point.
Any questions?

First off, an opinion cannot be wrong....its an OPINION
Ok, good. In my opinion, you're an idiot. Good thing I can't be wrong!

(I didn't get to watch the game) In your opinion, Why did you second team defense give up so many points to let the Bills come back from that deficit?

For Madden people the best way to explain it is that he has a very low awareness.
Do you think there would have been a greater chance of a win if you attempted to run the ball more?
What tuning still needs to be done to amke you a lagitimate threat?
You have to forgive me Iam just learning football and trying to come with questions that make a bit of sense.... This will take some time...
Running the ball more might have been a better idea since it was raining. But it doesn't really matter, because winning and losing doesn't matter in the pre-season. Getting players better and keeeping them healthy is all that matters.
This team doesn't need tuning to be a legitemate threat, it needs overhauling and rebuilding, which has started and will continue for a few years.

He was behind the Backups he played in the second half because we wanted to see what Frye could do. So I would say if all our starting Olineman go down yes we will be in serious trouble. Tell me a team who won't and I'll give you a cookie.

Because they suck. Seriously, these guys are backups on the team that was the worse team in the league when I took over as the owner. A lot of the starters on this team couldn't be backups on other teams.. how good do you think our backups are?
They suck...

Well are you at least bit satisfied with Matt Schuab and Hakims peerformances
I think Braylon Edwards, Matt Jones, and Hakim have all played well.
I don't doubt Steve Smith will also play well when the season starts.
I think Schaub still has a ways to go to get to where I would be 'satisfied' with his play. he has done ok, but he needs to take it up a notch when the season starts.
