i know and they are because of their NFL developed abilities
but you dont have a WR with 20 speed and one with 100 thats like one guy coming into the league running a 7.00 40 and the other running a 3.0 it doesnt happen
thats why the vet. can train and get his speed up slower so the rookie could be in the same physical ball park so he spends say 60 of his points on speed so his speed is 70 and the vet. may have 85 due to his training but the vet. can catch the ball better and have crisper routes and have more awareness so be generally better but the rookie can be somewhat more competitive because trust me if you make a guy now you will have a tough time making even slot receiver in a CCC league team unles you are willing to spend 10$ to boost after u get a few levels and even as a level 7 you MAY be a slot receiver
im not saying it is im just saying its a way to appeal to vets. and new people alike because the vets are still always getting better but the rookies can jump in and not be completely reaped
and it adds realism because in real life no lineman is 50x stronger than another guy and nobody is 50x faster than the next guy
