Ive never really liked Bonds and a couple of weeks ago i really didn't want him to break the record. But now as hes getting closer, i just dont care anymore... I would really like it if he got some career ending injury. Also im not sure if he is a cheater or not, but if he is, he does not deserve it. If he didnt cheat/use steroids, then i guess he can have it. I guess ill just have to wait until someone breaks his record.
I know I don't want Bonds to break the record, nor does anyone around my community (high schooling system) want him to break it either. I do think he was on the roids, and I don't think he deserves to break Aaron's record. If I had a choice for anyone to break it, it would be A-Rod, which I thikn he will do in a couple of years, not Bonds. Once he breaks it (if it happens), I'll be rooting for Pujols to break his. (I love seeing records broken, it's something really exciting to watch. Just not when the person breaking them may be cheating to do so.)
Yeah i bet A-Rod will break it eventually, sooner than later(im glad to see his "problems" fixed. Hes one of the people that i want to do well, regardless of his team.
Did anyone see the polls on Sportcenter/ESPN about peoples races and how they influence their support of Bonds?

Yeah I saw that...thought it was incredibly stupid, it doesn't make people racist...he's breaking a BLACK GUY'S RECORD...
I can't stand Bonds, I think he's disgusting...but the fact is cheating is rampant in baseball (and all sports) today. I've grown to accept it...I think most MLB players cheat. Best case scenerio would be for Aaron to keep his record, but if that can't happen then it doesn't matter who breaks it. Bonds admitted he cheated, and it wouldn't surprise me in the least if A-Rod and Pujols cheat too...
I think A-Rods clean, along with Jeter. Those are the only two guys who id be surprised with. Anybody else, yeah i could see it... But come to think of it, A-Rod did get alot better...
well you see the problem with all of this is it is all hear say...they may have bettered their steroid policy and testing system..but it is far from being solved
the fact is you are still seeing peopple get busted for using steroids but they are mostly minor league players now which makes me wonder if they are even testiing the pros anymore.
there is no doubt in my mind that bonds is on steroids or has been on steroids...he is a base stealer turned homerun champ...that doesnt happen over night
however, i think a-rod, jeter, pujols, vlad, beltran, reyes...the point is alot of guys are not cheating but alot of guys still are and it is a shame they have to cast such a dark shadow on a one time great sport
