ST. LOUIS (AP) -- Three days earlier, St. Louis Cardinals teammates left anxious messages on Josh Hancock's cell phone and watched the clubhouse door as game-time approached and their middle reliever remained absent. No reason to worry, Hancock had simply overslept.

Yeah I know, thats crazy right? I just signed on Yahoo when I got to work and I saw that. Sucks. Best wishes to his family and friends as well as the Cardinal organization.

Heard about this yesterday aroun d 10 30 EST time, they interupted the Draft forit. Was saddened to hear it, had the oppertunity to watch him pitch here in Philadelphia for a season or two.. Played a pivotal role in that Cardinal BP.. RIP.
