Yeah I didn't think Atlanta would get him even if they didn't get Hudson...They wouldn't have been able to afford his contract I don't think.
I hate the freakin' Yankees. I hope this trade dies out real soon and Randy ends up in Kansas City.
Okay so he won't be in KC, just don't let him be a Yankee.

Too many complexities in the deal. How much of Randy's contract the yanks pay Arizona, how much of Javier Vasquez's contract the Yanks pay LA, Shawn Green has to waive his no trade-clause and he likes it in Southern Cali. etc

It'll go through. The deal has already been approved by Johnson and Green didn't take kindly to being put on the block in the first place. Plus he want mind leaving since all of his hitting help is gone.
I really feel sorry for the Dodger fans. They are getting the bad end of this deal. After this trade their team will get worse not better.

The Yankees are the reason I refuse to watch baseball. Why watch a sport that can be bought out by an owner that is willing to spend $200 million a year when there are teams that can't afford that high of a payroll? (Small Market teams like KC.) The MLB is way too unbalanced and every year its the same thing. Yankees from the AL tearing apart whoever makes it from the NL. Thank god that Boston made history this year.
I'm not a huge Yankees fan but I can't say that I blame them for what they do. If I have the money to pay out why not. The more you win the more money you make.
