Well, there are always rumors...and rumors have it Atlanta is interested in acquiring Hudson...as is Boston now that Pedro will be wearing a NYM jersey... Who do you guys think will get him? It is said Oakland wants a second basemen for him, and the Braves have made it clear that Giles is not tradeable..But the Braves have one of the deepest if not THE deepest farm system in the game. There were rumors of sending Nick Green, Dan Meyer (Top Pitching Prospect), and one other top pitching prospect for him.
What team do you think will end up with Hudson for next year? I personally hope its my Braves .
Boston really needs a SP now that Pedro played them and they lost out on Pavano. They can't get a small time pitcher either they got a big void there and Hudson would fill that so I'm going for them, but landing Randy to be back with Curt would be mad kewl to see too.

Ditto. They beat the Yankees because of their starting rotation. Now the Pedro's gone, they're kinda screwed. If they don't get a good SP fast, they might not win another championship in a while.

Hell YEA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now we got a STARTING PITCHER, and lost about 3 of them to
Yeah, but the three we lost COMBINED aren't even as good as Hudson is right now.
Although, I still don't agree with trading Charles Thomas AND Eli Marrero...
Thomas was a very promising young player, and Marrero was a clutch bench performer... I don't know, I thought Oakland was reported to be interested in Nick Green? Would've rather traded him tothem instead of Thomas.. Now we have TWO holes in the outfield, and I WON'T be satisfied with Ryan Langerhans filling one of them. Marrero's deal was said to be a cost cutting deal, then why did we send them money in the deal also? I dunno, I am happy we got Hudson, but not happy we got rid of both Marrero and Thomas..
