The Brewers Have recently signed Mark Mcgwire as there new GM in a press conferance earlier today mark was asked if he planned to make any moves he replied with "ill just tell you that i have my eye set on a young pitcher down there in Flordia" He was also asked why he would come and be a GM for a team that clearly needs rebulding. he replied with "I wanted a challenge i think alot of these guys are acutally able to become some of the top players in the Majors they just need some one to point them in the right direction and i fill that some one is me" as he was leaving one reporter joked with him saying "isnt it time you took off that Cardinals Uniform?" he just smiled and walked away

i am making it up DUH lol just trying to add a lil more realism into it sometimes though if you go to trade some one they may say "i dont wanna go to texas im not a cowboy" or something along the lines of that any ways happy to see one person read it thanx!
I was reading it, but I wasn't sure about McGwire, I was wondering the same thing. I just thought that maybe it's like Madden.

The Brewers came into the last game of the series at .500 with a 4-4 Record the game started off great with Bill Hall singling to left and Brady Clark Bringing him in with a two Run shot in there half of the 1st they had bases loaded and Pujols hit a sac fly to bring in one run that was all for the first inning in the second Bill hall hit so now it was 3-1 in there half they had a guy on 1st and third the hated scott roland comes up and hits a 3 run shot now the score is 4-3 Cardinals up after that the game just went to hell for our Brewers the final score ended up at 9-3 Cardinals winning but at the top of the 9th Mark Stepped out of the Dug Out Waved his hat around and got a standing obation next the Brewers go into Chicago to face the Cubs GOOD LUCK GUYS!

Today the Brewers Traveled into Chicago for the first game of a 4 game series against the Chicago Cubs our pitcher for tonight was Luis Martinez (0-1) and the Cubs pitcher was Russ Ortiz (1-1) Once againt eh game started off well for us with two outs in the top of the first Scott Podenik Homered to Right Center giving us a 1-0 lead in their half of the inning they was held to 1 hit which didnt produce any runs it stayed pretty silent besides the us getting another run in the third and them getting 1 in the 4th and 1 in the 5th now the score was 2-2 going into the top of the 6th inning it was the bottom of the inning Craig Wilson batted first and he grounded to first for the first out then Wes Helms Pop outs to center field now up to bat was Junior Spivey at this time we started warming up B. Bowles in the bull pen.....Junior Singles to left now came in a pinch hitter for the pitcher..pinch hitting was Travis Lee he also singled to left now there was a runner on 1st and second Bill Halls bat....the count was 1-2 they through it up and away Bill hit it into the gap in right center scoring 1 run and getting Travis to 3rd and him self to 2nd...in the bottom of the 6th the new pitcher B. Bowles who was brought up from the minors a few days ago did his job and got a 1,2,3 out inning in the bottom of the 7th he had a bit of a breakdown though and he allowed one run but then quickly got out of it our top of the 8th was scoreless the score still stood at 3-3 in the bottom of the 8th the brewers brought in there set up pitcher Danny Kolb and right from the start it was apparent he wasnt gonna go well in that inning he allowed 4 runs because of two HR'S so now the score stood at 7-3 not looking very good for us in the bottom of the 9th we had the best of our lineup coming up but it didnt matter their closer put them down 1,2,3 game over Brewers lose seond straight and dropto 4-6...When asked to comment after the game pitcher Danny Kolb Replied "I just didnt have it in me today i feel bad that i let my team down and i hope that next time i come in i will post alot better numbers"

The Brewers came into todays game with a 4-6 record and second to last in our division todays pitchers were Dontrelle Willis (2-0) for the Brewers and Mark Prior (1-1) for the cubs this time we didnt score in the 1st inning but neither did they we ended up scoring five runs in the 2nd with Wes Helms and Brady Clark sharing home runs Wes' was a two run shot while Brady's was a 3 run dinger.....Dontrelle held the cubbies Hitless through 3 innings and scoreless through 3 but in the 4th the cubs scored 3 runs making the score 5-3 then in the top of the 5th the Brewers got the bases loaded and ended up scoring two runs one off of a Bill Hall Infield single and another off of Ryan Dempster "Chicagos Pitcher" cause he walked Brady Clark witht the bases loaded now the score was 7-3 in the bottom of the 5th Dontrelle allowed a solo homer to the first batter of the inning Vinny Castilla who was pinch hitting for the pitcher Ryan Dempster then in the bottom of the 6th Dontrelle was getting tired and he alloed Aramis Ramierez his second HR of the game Dontrelle finished the inning but was tooking out after that...in the top of the 7th Bill Hall hit a 1 run double making the score 8-5 in the btm of the 7th Mike Holland "who was starting his first major league game coming out of the minors" did his job for the most part allowing only 1 run on 3 hits the score was now 8-6 then in the bottom of the 8th he allowed another run on a 1 run scoring double by Julio Lugo score was now 9-7 in the bottom of the 9th i decided to try to let him finish the game first pitch he threw was hit out of the park my Carlos Beltran making the score 9-8 so i brought in my closer Mike Crudale he did the job and got 3 straight outs and we ended up winning by one point 9-8. That means Dontrelle is still perfect so far this season with 3 wins and 0 losses looks like our GM Mark Mcgwire made a very smart choice in trading for him he has helped our brewers to 3 our of the 5 wins we have GO DONTRELLE!
WP: Dontrelle Willis (3-0)
LP Mark Prior (1-2)
SV: Mike Crudale (1)

lol yep im glad to see at least you are enjoying my franchise i plan to do a Cowboys one when ever 2005 gets here o yeah ill be doing a South Texas Pirates one before then hehe "for ncaa" any ways i was wondering do you take the time to add all the players names or do you send in ur memory card?
For NCAA I take the time to do each and every player. It is a lot of hard work because ESPN does not really update their rosters (easiest to use) until the season is about to start. Many college websites don't even ave updated rosters. So, basically, a lot of the time we have to use the previous season's roster and find out who the new recruits are. A lot of work but worth it.
I just hate playing against nameless people.
But this has given me a greta idea. If I have enough money and what not, I could possibly post school rosters at my website as I go along that way everyone can have updated rosters!!!!!! Awesome... I'm excited now hehe.
Oh, and I do enjoy all your posts! I am sure everyone else does to but they just read it

hmm ill probley do that this year enless theres an easier way...i think i heard that if u send ur memory card into the people they would put the rosters on there for you??? im pretty sure it cost like 10 dollars though any ways sorry i didnt post today i just didnt get around to a game sorrys! ill be sure to get yall one tommorrow :goodnight
No problem buddy. I heard about mailing off the cards too, but for me personally I don't think it is worth the money plus you never know if it is legit or even if the rosters are proper. I like the hands on approach more. Like I said, if I can Fearme, I will post rosters and you can just look at them and convert the players.
