Ghs's Dynasty thread
Ok so this thread is for my ESPN 2k5 College Basketball Dynasty. I believe i am in the 2014-2015 season. I am currently the head coach of the Virginia Tech Hokies.
Give ya a little background on where i have been. Started out with the Albany Great Danes. was there 4-5 years won one National title in 05-06. Then i snagged the head job at North Texas w/ the Mean Green. Was there 3-4 years and won 3 national titles. One in 2009-10, another in 2011-12, and the last in 2012-2013. So that's 3 years running. Still though playin in the Sun Belt conference just wasn't where i wanted to be. So I made the leap to Virginia Tech in the ACC. first year i won the 2013-14 national title so i have won it 4 consecutive years.
Back to the current, i am now in my second Year at Va Tech. I am currently 17-2 (7-0) with an RPI of 3 and a National rank of 15. My only losses coming to Northwestern of the Big 10 and UNC Ashville both were by 1 point. here's the starting 5.

Welp Next up is #3 UNC. I play 4 min. halves on All American w/ Freethrow Assistance and fatigue off. And that about catches u up, i'll update later

Ok, so i just finished up the UNC game, i won 39-33 wasn't ever really in question. I jumped out early and really just kept control the whole time, so i'll just gove the break down.
Becker had 12 pts, 1 stl, and 3 boards.
Randall had 10 pts, 2 ast, 1 stl.
Esparza had 9 pts, 1 ast, 2 blk and 8 reb. Shehan had 6 pts, 1 ast, 4 stl, and 1 reb. humphrey had 2 pts, 5 ast, and 3 reb.

4 minute halfs on All American

The Miami game was tougher than the UNC game. i came out on top 29-22 but My guys absolutely di not shoot well early on, we missed some free throws, and they pretty well shut us down in the first half. we were down by 5 at the half. Made some adjustments at half time, switched from man to the 2-3 zone which i run extremely well. between that and the full court press which we run on every out of bounds play they just lost their stroke. That and Esparza asserted himself in the paint.

Just routed Duke, went on a 21-4 run to start the second half. Final score 37-24. Not much to tell about this game except that everything inside the arc fell thru the net. And they absolutely could not handle a full court press backed by a 2-3 zone.

actually i have been thinking of making the halfs longer, just there for awhile i was playin so many games back to back that the 4 min halfs worked best.
