Who'll win the Central Division?

this is probably the toughest of the 3 eastern divisions. i'll go with detroit over indiana

this division could have 4 or even all 5 teams in the post season. the southeast will probably only send their champions, and the atlantic will probably send 2, possibly 3 of their teams into the playoffs

unanimous so far. Detroit has acquired alot of talent over the years. A very defensive minded team and they did the impossible which was shutting down Kobe and keeping Shaq in check (check meaning like 30pts a game)

Tough choice, but I've got to go with Indy, as far as regular season goes. Post-season, Detroit will be the team to beat.

Cleveland would be up there, but the loss of Boozer is really going to hurt their chances. He was very underrated IMO.

Couldn't agree with you more...Indiana wins the regular season, detroit takes it in the postseason..

dont' see that happening. Detroit has had time to gel. They win it all the way through.

there was a thread and Chapel Hill talked about it, but Boozer is my favorite to come out of Duke...and I too, am a tarheel fan. I liked Boozer, but now he's in Utah and I hate utah!

I think i remember hearing the Pistons made the playoff last year..... and they are a hard team to play in EA basketball.... so I voted Pistons. Again dont know much about Bball except that Shaq is big and Kobe is a cheater and a baby.

Wow... even Cash knows about the Pistons though. Lol, what's next? "That A-Rod guy, I've heard of him before... isn't he Ricky's dealer?"

I'd have to take the Pacers in this division though. They'll probably end up losing to the Pistons in the post-season, just like qb said, but they'll win the regular season.

the Pistons indeed made the playoffs last year, and on top of that became the first eastern conference team in ages to win the NBA championship (wasn't it MJ and the 98 bulls who were the previous team from the east to win it all?)

Pistons. Too much D on that team. There like the Ravens of basketball. Alot of D, no Off and a whole lot of htis.

C. Billups. Rip Hamilton, Resheed Wallace, That's 3 people who play O right there. Anyway they don't have to score a lot of points when they shut people down.
