Interesting pick with Jersey. They lost K-Mart, and I think Kidd is past his prime. I mean, they tried to deal him in the offseason and nobody wanted him.
I'll vote later since I'm not all that familiar with what these teams did in the offseason.

I went to every NJ playoff game last 2 years and who ever picked NJ then your wrong.
Kidd won't play till midway through the season. they Traded K-Mart and Kerry Kittles (who I didn't like anyway). Only player they retained is Jefferson and he's abit overrated. They cut payroll severly and will continue to do so. Hence they are in the rebuilding stages so I went with Philly and the Answer Allen Iverson

Man... NJ? It's not New Jersey... I mean come on. Like Slick said, bye K-Mart, bye Kerry Kittles, and then there's Jason Kidd's knee surgery. He'll be back right before the trade deadline. Coincidence? But don't worry, they've still got Travis Best as his replacement... HA! Then again, they've got Alonzo Mourning for all of about 12 games until his kidneys explode.
I don't know who to pick in this division though. The 76ers look promising, but their strong point also happens to be their weak point. Allen "All-Stars don't come off the bench" Iverson. I mean, who knows what he's gonna do this time. It can't help the team though... if the guy won't show up to practice or won't go in if he doesn't start. You can never tell if the guy means business until you see him waving a gun around his ex-girlfriend's house.
Ah, screw it, I'll just take the Celtics. Paul Pierce, #34, out of the University of Kansas. Rock Chalk Jayhawk.
