Madden improvements

There are still so many ways in which Madden can be improved. One thing is to set a level between all-pro and all-madden. I can easily rip it up in all-pro but in all-madden i have difficulty winning games. I would also like to see gang tackling and have it count as a half tackle like in the REAl world of football. I hate when players get injured but i still want to see them. When i play i won't see players get hurt ever.
Then on franchise mode instead of newspapers and seeing the same thing about every team like Broncos have a strong competition at corner this season and then seeing it for the colts and so on...They need to improve contract negotiations like you should be able to lower contracts and when they hold-out make them eventually crack sometimes to come back. Plus contract incentives would be cool. Also in pre-season have practice squads or rosters cut from a team of 80 i guess. Make it more lifelike.
Then in the draft you have to have a stronger field more really big impact players but have some of them be in later rounds sometimes. Like one or two players a season be great impact players. Like the Tom Brady and Marques Colston why can't a 5th or 6th round pick become the franchise player. During games there should be like a halftime report saying the keys to win for either side and the halftime player of the game little things like that. FInally in superstar mode i want to see the playoff bracket of whos in it and whos not. And if your the franchise player you get to see whos a free agent and get input into signing him.
