Incentive bonuses in contract signings. The ability to sweeten a contract offer with bonuses to be paid in accordance with season performance. I've wanted to see something like this implemented for quite awhile now.
The ability to create plays that will line up a certain position player in another position. For example, I'd love to be able to design a play for the Falcons that would put Matt Schaub under center, stick Warrick Dunn and Jerious Norwood in the backfield, and line Michael Jenkins, Roddy White, Ashley Lelie, and Michael Vick up in a four receiver set, with Crumpler at TE--or, stick Vick in the backfield along with Dunn and/or Norwood. Having the ability to draw up more creative plays that would put a player like Michael Vick into an usual position on the field, either as a ball carrier, reciever, or just a distraction, would keep a defense on its toes.
