Here are some facts for Madden 07..
Using the passing cone gives your QB a boost to accuracy over NOT using it.
Using the passing cone gives your receiver a boost to catching over not using it.
YOU CANNOT turn the passing cone off on ALL-MADDEN (but can on the baby levels)
