2000: Ricky Williams - Was good...while he wasn't banned from the league...

2001: Shaun Alexander - Definitley not...we'll see what the Madden cover does to him this year.

2002: Chris Weinke - I don't think anyone expected him to do anything in the NFL...

2003: Joey Harrington - Exhibit A if you were gonna make an "NCAA curse" arguement.

2004: Carson Palmer - Definitley not...well, as long as he returns to form after his injury.

2005: Larry Fitzgerald - Nope.

And 2006 had Desmond Howard on the cover, who doesn't play anymore. So I think the answer is no, there is no NCAA curse. Ricky was just a pothead and Joey was simply a bust.
