I believe it was madden 2004 where you could make the line men go out into the flats to defend the RB when he sneaks out. That feature is gone, i would love to have that back, as well as on defense being able to double coverage a receiver using the safety and db's. This was also in 2004. I think it was called playmaker or defensive hot routes, something like that. You could make the safeties defend either side of the field or just stay in the middle. All of this was done after the play is called. I hope im making sense.

Also, sometimes i notice when im playing defense and im in one on one coverage, the ball will be in the air, and my defender will just be running around the receiver or just standing there, this needs to be fixed.

Defenders dropping interceptions when the game is on the line.

The ball going straight through the hands of the defense.

Computer shouldnt have so much time to stay in the pocket.

Computer should not be able to complete every pass inside of the 2 minute warning.

Receivers running into each other during crossing patterns.

Defensive line men should not be able to move into the flats and the sack the QB withouth someone stepping up to block him.

In the 3-4 defense, if im controlling the lineman on the right, and i move him closer to the end of the line, he should not automatically be blocked by guard/tackle. he should only be blocked by who ever is in front of him, expecially if im controlling him.
