some of these ideas have already been mentioned but i liked them so much that i will say them again.
1)career records not just single season records and have a list of the top 10 or so in all the catergories

2)add a hall of fame so we can see some players inducted

3)allow rb's to jump over the pile based on their jumping ability

4)on field altercations or fights in high intensity games

5)louder fans especially in the playoffs with the super bowl having the loudest fans

6)have players that are really hurt be carted off or helped off

7)add some spectacular catches as well as new hits, maybe let some nfl players come in to do the catches and hits

8)bring back old players to become coaches (dan marino, troy aikman, tony dorsett, barry sanders etc.). and also have coaches come out of nowhere every now and then to keep it interesting

9)Make the playoffs more exciting(especially the super bowl). u could use announcing that is exclusively used for the playoffs or super bowl so we dont hear the same things over and over. have intrances with great lighting and fireworks and smoke for your superstar players. and maybe have fans throw things on the field every blue moon when they get mad

10)Make the CPU draft smarter. they waste first round picks on a qb every year.

11)Maybe add it to where we have to hire special draft consultants to bring us reports and based on their abilities depends on how well they can find talent

12)Be able to switch the positions of players like in ncaa, i would like to change cb's to wr's and mlb's to d-lineman, or rb's to wr's lol

13)Be able to listen to music while u play instead of the commentating and sound effects

14)Make the coaches actually have an impact on the team based on their abilities and experience

15)give us the ability to trade future draft picks

16)Have the running backs push the pile if their abilites are willing and also let them have help when needed such as reggie bush did to leinart

17)let us have 75 players and make cuts every week to wittle down to our 55 man roster like in real life

18)Maybe we could even be able to hire general managers and stuff like that, i love madden and my favorite part of the franchise mode is the offseason so i would like to see some major improvements on the offseason mode and make the playoffs noticeably better than the regular season games
