Most people pointed out the important stuff. The reciving and cornerbacks definetly need to be changed. Some legit recivers can be great, but as Rick said, deep ball ratings and short&medium ratings look like a good idea. Route Running is definetly my favorite on the list. The only other thing is the effectiveness of corner and post-corner routes. I am sorry, but most players base their whole offense on this play. It is way to overused, and you can use it with any reciever. Shading should be able too stop it, but it just doesn't work.

If the corner and post-corner routes were as effective as any other route, most people would actually have to use more then two routes (corner and fly) in their offense.
