Does situational = Need? Cause Mike Williams was best player available at the 10 spot... if you mean best draft by need the KC makes sense because their D is horrid. In that case, I think the Bucks did a great job by drafting Caddy... it gives them a RB that can take the pressure off the QB and hopefully someone to allow their D more time on the sideline and not on the field. Ohh and I am a huge Panthers Fan, so I think it was a great pick, but I am not going to enjoy playing the bucs with their new O.
