Your right it wouldn't exactly be fair but like i said "Fantasy". I know everybody creates this super human player to play with just for fun. Your right for a 300 pound running back that runs a 4.08 would be very scary by god he better knock somebodys head off when he hits them. Segas ESPN football "2K4" did a ok job. I created a 300 pounder there and i ran a few more people over then i did with a 200 pounder.

It would be cool if you could add some more attribs like "Experince" because the more you play somebody the more experince he will have.
