I think Aaron Rogers would have went before Leinhart. I think Leinhart knew that. I think he also knew that there will probably only be 1 QB taken top 10 and that he could have dropped closer to 20 with the talent at other positions like RB in this draft.
But thats just my opinion and we will never know what would have happened
